Our History
Has it ever happened to you that you see a talk on a current topic and it is given far from where you have your business? Or that the seminar you would like to attend with your team is too expensive? Or that as a small business owner you are told “apply continuous improvement”, “evaluate your income and expense balance”, “review your distribution logistics”, but the explanations are too ethereal, in the air, at a high altitude?
Companies want, need, and must access up-to-date, effective, practical, and down-to-earth consulting that aligns with the company’s reality. They want things to be explained to them, to be helped with implementation, to be guided, and to have resources provided in their offices, whether virtually or in person, if necessary, to move forward in the process.
These reflections and needs were the driving force behind a group of professionals from different fields founding Camari in 2024. This group, made up of individuals who work daily to solve problems and seek ways to overcome challenges or improve situations, decided to join forces to create a company dedicated to bringing knowledge and experience to all types of businesses, enabling them to face investment challenges and achieve growth.
Camari was founded with the clear objective of providing high-quality, customized outsourcing solutions in logistics, customer experience, marketing, process improvement, among others. The founders of Camari firmly believe that both the SME of 5 people and the medium-sized company of 50 people, or the largest company, should be able to access high-level services, adapted to their needs. She has a solid 28-year track record in administrative and marketing management, with extensive experience in demand generation, customer management and organization of internal procedures. Outstanding skills in strategic planning, data analysis, image development and corporate communication and market research. Expert in the development and execution of advertising campaigns, as well as in measuring their effectiveness. Experience in the organization of mass events and in the coordination of public relations. Committed to continuous improvement and resource optimization. Her dynamic approach and ability to lead teams ensure effective and sustainable results for clients.
Eng. Juan Luis Murillo Rojas, MSc. Chemical Engineering
Chemical Engineering
Chemical Engineer with 27 years of work experience and a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering with an emphasis on Environmental Engineering. Specialized in production control and administration, waste management, personnel management and quality control. He has led teams and projects in multiple fields, standing out in the sugar industry and in state university teaching. His experience covers the production of sugar and industrial alcohols, treatment of drinking and waste water, as well as compliance with environmental and safety standards. In addition, he has been an internal auditor of the ISO-17025 standard and has worked on research projects to support the tuber export sector in Costa Rica. With his vast experience and commitment to excellence, Juan Luis is a versatile and highly qualified professional for any challenge in the field of chemical and environmental engineering.
Lic. Ingrid Castillo Romero
Legal
A graduate in Law, she is a legal advisor with more than 21 years of experience in the insurance sector. She has excelled in various roles, including the direction of administrative procedures, legal representation and risk management in the field of insurance and corporate law. Her specialization covers Notarial and Registry Law, with certifications in mediation, conciliation and a diploma in Insurance Law. Her career reflects a firm commitment to legal excellence, evidenced in the successful resolution of extrajudicial and judicial conflicts, as well as in her strategic contributions to product development and regulatory compliance. Ingrid is recognized for her collaborative leadership, client-oriented approach and ability to proactively solve problems, making her a highly valued consultant in the legal and insurance sectors.
Eng. Laura Quesada Quesada
Industrial Engineer
Industrial Engineer with 27 years of work experience, passionate about operational optimization, process development and the creation of improvement plans. Certified in ISO 9000, Six Sigma, ISO 9000 Internal Auditor and Lean Manufacturing. With outstanding experience in implementing continuous improvements and developing productivity and quality metrics, leading teams of up to 75 people. Laura specializes in Operations in the Back Office area as well as in Shared Services. Her dynamic approach and commitment to excellence ensure effective and sustainable results for clients.
Eng. Siney Zúñiga Zúñiga, MBA
Industrial Engineer
Industrial Engineer with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in finance and with 27 years of professional experience. Siney has developed exceptional skills in manufacturing, applying tools such as DMAIC (Six Sigma), 5S, Genbutsu Gemba, TPM, Suru Raku, Kaizen and FTA. With solid experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, including industrial engineering, chemical engineering, maintenance, training, occupational safety and plant operations personnel, Siney has effectively coordinated and negotiated with various functional areas such as Logistics, Purchasing, Costs, Maintenance, Production, and Product Development.

Electromechanical Engineer
Electromechanical Engineer specializing in Project Management, with an outstanding 18-year track record successfully leading construction projects. She stands out for her vast experience in personnel management, expense control, procurement, and quality and time management. Her skill in handling RFCs, RFIs, and Submittals, along with her thorough review of subcontractor bids and effective procurement management, position her as an exceptional consultant. Her dedication to strategic problem solving and detailed project supervision ensures efficient and sustainable results for clients. In addition, she emphasizes cost reduction and value engineering, valuing the use of new materials and technologies.

Industrial Engineer
Industrial Engineer with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, specialized in Quality and Productivity, with 28 years of professional experience. He stands out in operational quality management in the manufacture of mass consumption products, physical security services and processes in the educational-university sector. He has experience in the implementation and certification of Integrated Management Systems in Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Safety and Environment. Adhering to international standards such as ISO, OHSAS and FSSC, he has participated in improvement processes for operational excellence. His work experience includes quality and environmental management in plants in Costa Rica and international collaboration in Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Panama.

Accounting
Accountant with a solid academic and professional background. With 10 years of diverse experience in administrative and accounting roles in recognized companies such as PwC Costa Rica and FundaTec. Ana Gabriela stands out for her proactivity, responsibility and ability to work in a team, leading projects with a focus on success. She is an expert in tax management, bank reconciliations, and general accounting.
